Even though I didn't make it to class since I was on a airplane, coming back from Toronto, I learned some things in the big city.
I went to this children's sing-a-long/magic show and was in awe of the kids who went up in front of the stage to play with each other, even if they were strangers. They were all so into themselves, and everything was so magical. They couldn't control themselves; screaming, falling, etc. There was one magical moment where six or seven of them joined hands in a circle, dancing together, without an adult telling them to. I thought: "I wish we would all do that in the world".
At the ROM (Royal Ontario Museum), I saw many ancient artifacts, being aware that each artifact has a story. Some had bought it, it was important to someone at some point in history, someone made it, someone found the ressources to make it, those materials came from the Earth, and originated from something before.
